Joining

First either come along to Musselburgh leisure Centre and have a chat to any of the members.
E-Mail or phone any of the contacts on this site, this is the best way to find out what Scuba diving in Scotland and what the Club all is about.

We have our pool session on a Wednesday night at 8:30pm - 9:30pm.

Not qualified. Then you are exactly who we need, new trainees are the life blood of the Club and is what MUSAC and SSAC is about, promoting and teaching the sport to all.

Already qualified through BSAC, PADI or some other similar organization in UK, and trained in UK like conditions. Depending on your level of qualification and experience there are a few cross over assessments required, this will give you a recognized SSAC qualification.

Are you a member of an other SSAC Branch,no problem we don't have a limit on our membership.

The Club runs a 'Come & Try' night every year, with this we hope to take on new trainees, we opperate a one on one with the Instructor, if our training is quiet we take on new members throughout the year.

When joining you also have to join Scottish Sub Aqua Club (SSAC), this gives you third party insurance along with training manuals, log book and subscription to Scottish Diver Magazine. This would be required to be payed after your 'Come & Try' night before further training can take place.
